George created the brand, designed the interiors and supervised the construction for the interior fit out of Peperino. Located near Lincoln Center in Manhattan, Peperino is a family owned, authentic, contemporary NYC slice joint.

301 East 94th Street Apartments

Bi2em was the executive architect for the complete gut rehabilitation of the Marmara hotel in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The developer, Rose Associates, engaged Bi2em to redesign the 31 story structure into a 110 unit fully amenitized apartment building.
