Born and raised in New York City, George Drallios developed an early fascination with the urban landscape during frequent family visits to Manhattan, where the city’s iconic skyline first sparked his passion for architecture. Today, George is a New York State Registered Architect, LEED Accredited Professional, and WEDG Associate with over 30 years of experience shaping complex, large-scale developments.

George has led the architectural design, construction supervision, and project management of more than 21 million square feet of residential, hospitality, office, retail, and parking projects, delivering high-quality results across every phase of development. His work reflects a deep understanding of both design excellence and the practical demands of construction and real estate development.

Since 2009, George has operated as an independent real estate development professional, collaborating with owners, developers, and project teams on projects ranging from 3,500 to 4.7 million square feet.

His hands-on approach and ability to align vision, execution, and value have made him a trusted partner on projects of all scales.

Previously, George served as Vice President of Design and Construction for The Athena Group/LMD Worldwide, overseeing major development projects across the United States and Russia. Prior to that, he spent 12 years at Costas Kondylis and Partners, becoming a Partner in 2006. There, he led some of the firm’s most complex and profitable projects for New York City’s most prominent developers, including The Related Companies, Rose Associates, SOLO9W57, Friedland Properties, The Gotham Organization, and Columbia University.

George’s career is defined by strategic leadership, technical expertise, and a lasting commitment to creating meaningful, high-performance and sustainable places within the built environment.
